Google Adsense Tips and Tricks !

Every single website and its owner have the opportunity to make some great money by displaying Google Adsense ads on it. Although many webmasters are making a nice income with these ads, many aren't.

Many people say that all you have to do is put up a website and you'll be making over 0 a day with Google Adsense. It does sound simple and it is, but you will need to optimize your site so that you do generate more and more clicks on the ads that are sitting on your site.

The first thing that you need to do is to Place the Google Adsense ads in the right spot of the page. This will determine how much money you will make each day. It is very important that you place the ad at the top of the page (above the fold) on your website in order to get the most clicks. What this really means is that you will want to place the Adsense code that Google gives you high enough on the page so that your visitors do not have to scroll down to see the Google ads.

If you choose to have the ads right at the top above everything else then do that. By placing the Google Adsense ads at the top of your website above the fold, there is a greater chance that people will click on the ad, which will help your site generate a higher click through rate also known as CTR. The reason for this is because the majority of your visitors will not scroll down the page and look at it.

A lot of the time, people look over the top part of the page without worrying about scrolling down. The way you blend the ads with the rest of your page can determine if the ad is visually appealing or not. It is very crucial to make the Google Adsense ads look like your site and not another ad. You can do this by making the font and color of the ad's text similar to the rest of the page. I also recommend that you blend the background of the ad with the background of your page. It should basically have the same color.

Google gives you the option to go into your account and customize your ads in different fonts and colors. This will help you blend the ads to your site. Make sure that you don't use the banner ads on your site because this will decrease your click through rate.

People who visit your website usually try to avoid any banner and picture ads that they see. If you want to increase your click through rate, you will want to add text ads. Google gives you that option so use it.

Here are some other small tips to increase your Adsense income:1. Google has confirmed that using the 336x280 rectangle ad block size does have the highest click through rate. Using this ad size will increase your click through rate and the income that you generate.

2. Using a blue underline for the links can also improve your click through rate. This allows the ads to actually stand out and look clickable. If you follow the advice given above, you can improve your CTR and make more money with Google Adsense.

Google Adsense Fraud Prevention !

Many web site owners are getting their Google Adsense account terminated when they have done nothing wrong to deserve the punishment. Considering the money that they are getting from Adsense, they would certainly want to get back into it.

Click fraud is the act of clicking on ads for the purpose of costing the advertiser money. It is simply the same as paying out cash for false leads. Many people website owners are aware of this fraud and are sharing the same sentiment that this is the one big problem that Adsense is facing.

How do you prevent being involved in this fraud?

Majority of web hosts are offering access logs. Once this is offered to you, it is necessary that you hand it over to Google as well. This allows them to look for any suspicious activity on your site. Problems like this are very serious and giving it to them is saying that you would want to help them in any way you can in solving the problem.

It can also help if you have a click monitoring software. If you do not have one yet, you should try and get one. There is absolutely no major factor preventing you from having one because most of this software is free.

As usual, all the information you have received should be turned over to Google. This is showing Google that you too are fighting against click frauds and you are no way a part of it.

Study your server logs and watch for any activity that seems suspicious. Report anything that you may find odd, may it big or small thing.

You may want to consider disabling ads for your own IP address and local geographic area. This will certainly prevent accidents and will not make Google mistake another user as you. You can do through a htaccess file. This will avoid Google mistaking as clicking on your own ads and be kicked out because of it.

Keep your Adsense off on pop ups and pop unders. Your ads should not be displayed on content sites that promote illegal activity or tampering of the legal rights of other people or business. Included in this are the content that is considered adult and gambling ones. If you think that you may be breaking this rule, immediately remove your content or Adsense from the web page.

Be truthful and confess up to Google about times when you might have clicked on your own ads, whether accidentally or intentionally. Or the times when you have done something that is against the Terms of Service that they are implementing. Be honest about anything that you may have done that is wrong. Confessing is way better than Google learning about it eventually. It would mean eventual termination and no getting back what you have worked so hard for.

Do not tell your family or friends about Adsense on your website. Chances are they may start clicking on them to help you make money without you knowing it. They may be doing more harm to you than help by trying it in the first place.

If ever someone you know chanced upon your Adsense, make sure they understand that they cannot click on your ads under any circumstances. It would be wise to brief them on important things about Adsense and what not to do with them.

Most pay per click networks have different measures in hand to protect website owners against click frauds. Other search engines can track more than 50 data points, IP address, browser’s information, user’s session info and pattern recognition. They also have “systems” available that detects fraud.

Not to mention the specialized teams monitoring how things are going and helping advertisers stop click frauds.Google offers suggestions on how to avoid click fraud. Using “negative keywords” can be used to keep your Adsense showing on products and services that are in no way related to yours. Adding tracking URLs to your links so you can track the traffic coming from Google.

Do not be caught in the Google click fraud. Be aware and be wary.

Blog Visitor Tracking

The Internet has indeed become a major part of many society cultures around the globe. With well over one hundred million unique websites, more and more people are creating their own sites and thus becoming webmasters. Search engine marketing tips: How to convert prospects

Search engine marketing hinges on a basic process that involves the following simple step procedure:-

• The prospect wants to search for some thing. He or she needs some information on a particular topic or they are actually looking to buy some thing off the internet.

• The prospect opens up the search page of a popular search engine suited to his or her purpose.

• The Prospect types the keyword into the search bar of the search engine and clicks the go button.

• The prospect receives the search engines results and on the right hand side is your advertisement that he or she will be enticed to click and thereby complete the search engine marketing chain.

This is where most merchants go wrong. They believe that the process ends at this stage and that simply driving the traffic to the site is the prime goal of the search engine marketing cycle. The rest is going to happen automatically.

As Phillip Kotler once famously remarked, the marketing process does not end with the customer walking into the store, the process is only over once the customer has duly walked out having purchased your product and then truly the marketing process gets over.

The same thing applies to search engine marketing. The prospect must convert his show of interest into a purchase to ensure that the cycle is truly over.

Here are some tips to ensure that the prospect converts his interest into a purchase:-

In order for them to buy something, make sure you have a landing page that is convincing and that will encourage them to click on the "Buy Now" button.

The landing page is the first page that the prospect will come across once he or she clicks on the Buy Now Icon. So it should be well designed with a good layout and must be aesthetically appealing.

The beauty of landing pages is that they don't even have to be a part of your site to begin with. If your company is currently running a temporary offer on sex toys, you can simply build a temporary page and call it "sex toys", with a link that states: sex toys. After your temporary offer is over, you can always remove that page from your site.

A landing page that sells needs to be designed in a way that needs a minimal amount of clicks to get what they are looking for. Build your landing pages to show them the product or service you are selling, and then show them the "Buy Now" button.

Even if your organization doesn't sell anything tangible and the purpose of all your Search engine marketing is to ask the prospects communicate with you or sign up for your free newsletter, the landing page needs to be compelling and must sell them on your company.

Remember that the first impression is the last impression and this rings true even in today’s day and age. So before you start blaming your affiliates for the lack of prospects and the low conversion rate take a good hard look at your landing page. It just might tell you the reason for your slow growth.

Get Google Ads For FREE for Real

Ads on Google help businesses of all sizes to tap into the Google advertising network with Adwords. This advertising service is one of the major sources of Google’s income. By catering to the needs of companies of every size and budget, they have targeted an extremely wide market.

"Keywords and Distribution"
When you use Adwords, you get to choose your keywords or phrases and put your own ad together. When people search the web for your keywords, your ad may come up with the results of their search. You can also target language and location. You may choose local, national, or international distribution. There is even an option that allows you to put your ad on other search engines in the search network besides Google.com.

"Pay Per Click"
You have the option of paying per click so that you only pay for actual web traffic. Keywords can be selected at various levels of pricing based on their popularity. This allows small business to access their niche keywords at a price they can afford. It is also a good way for any business, big or small, to be sure that they will only pay for what they get. If no one clicks to your site, you pay nothing.

"Change is a Good Thing"
You can change your ads until you are happy with them. If you are still not getting the results you want, you can just modify your account until you feel that is a good fit your business. This level of flexibility in being able to adjust your service to meet the needs and budget for your business very comforting when launching a new online advertising campaign.

"One Size Does Not Fit All"
Regardless of the size of your business, you can display your ads on Google and access a potentially large source of exposure. When you think about it, there‘s almost no advertising genres that allow both large companies and small business owners to connect with their respective clientele in one place This flexible environment does not provide a ‘one size fits all’ scheme.

"Search Engine Marketing Help"
Many consultation agencies have begun offering the management of Adwords accounts as a paid service. There are professionals available who have certification from Google because they have passed their qualification process. If you need some help, but do not want to hire an agency, Google has an account management software system available. The software is Adwords Editor. Account management for Adwords can be complicated and many people find it beneficial to reach out for help. You have to determine the price of your own time and analyze the economic impact of taking on the cost of software or management services compared with the down time you would require to manage the system yourself.

"You Can’t Please Everyone"
There has been a great deal of criticism lately regarding the misuse of Adwords. There have been legal battles regarding trademarks and fraud. By allowing people to use trademarks of their competitors to drive traffic to their sites, Google opened itself up for several law suits.

Adwords has brought democracy to advertising by allowing large and small businesses to tailor their Google search related advertising to accommodate their budget and needs while accessing a huge network. This landmark system has allowed businesses to reach out to their customers without breaking the bank.

Increase Your Business with a Blog

Increase Your Business with a Blog

When running your own business, a blog can really help to make your website successful.
It can give readers information about your product and can also actually be the thing that
brings new visitors to your site. It is a business tool that can help you update your site
with informative content to keep readers coming back for more.

There are two main reasons that you should include content on your website. Content
can help visitors develop trust in your product and your knowledge. Also, it will help to
increase your site's appearance in internet search engine ranks.

First of all, having content that is relevant can help to increase the credibility of your
business. It can do so by providing important information to your clients and potential
clients. If your blog is full of interesting and relevant information, people naturally
assume that your company is interesting and relevant to them. This improves your
chance of adding these readers as future customers. Once they realize that you are
providing an informative service to them, they will gain trust in your and your product,
thus producing sales in the future.

Secondly, the only way to increase your site's chances of being ranked high with search
engines is to include that good content. With optimized content you are able to keep your
site in the top picks. Search engines will locate and rank your site based on the content
provided there. If they determine that the content is good, unique, and relevant to people,
your ratings will improve. Higher rankings mean potential customers can more easily
search and find your company, and that, in turn, means higher profit for you!

So, you have decided that you are ready to try blogs. You are confident that you can
write good, relevant articles to promote your business and product. However, you just
are not sure how to get started? You need to figure out how to publish your articles and
make sure search engines are aware of the content available on your site. To do this, you
should employ the use of blogging software, blog directories, and article directories.
Let's consider your choice of blogging software.

Blogging software can help you to manage the articles that you write. Most will provide
features such as word processing, database storage, archiving, search options, and RSS
newsfeed. Each of these, along with others offered, can help make using a blog more
effective and time efficient for you.

In many cases, you can order customizable blog software. This means you can choose
which features to use, adding or deleting various features at any time. For example, some
bloggers choose to turn off the comments feature to discourage spammers from leaving
unrelated comments just to leave their own link.

You can choose between two main types of blogging software. You can choose hosted or
integrated, depending on your needs. Both can help you manage articles, and there are
even some free options available.

Hosted blog versions are those such as Wordpress and Blogger. They are websites that
host individuals' blogs for free. Any articles published on a company's blog are actually
held or stored on the website that is provided by the software company. You will not use
your own website as the address of your blog but instead will use the company's website
with an extension that is personal to you. This option is good for those with limited
funds, but it also can be less beneficial to your website since your content is not available
on your site itself.

An integrated version of blogging software means that articles and software used to
manage them are all set up live on your own website. Your site will increase due to the
blog being hosted there and the new visitors that are attracted by that content. It also
helps to increase your site's rankings with search engines and helps to make your
business seem professional and credible.

When setting up a blog to use in your marketing plans, consider your options carefully.
There are number of ways you can go with blogs, but be sure to use the one that is right
for you. Consider your needs and take some time to research your options before making
a final selection.

Make Money Using Blogs

Writing unique content is not just enough to get traffic to your site. The things that matter here are page rank and back links. They are the key to make money using blogs.

Don’t get tensed on seeing back links and page ranks. Page rank is nothing but the rating given by Google for pages indexed on it’s search engines. You will be ranked 2/10 for posting unique content for your blog for about a year. Then how to get a good rank?

The solution for this is through back links. You can get a good rank by gaining back links from pages which are ranked high by Google. How to get back links? The best and cool way to get back links is through article submission. For this you need to rewrite the article you post in your blog and submit it in any article site.

You need to keep active or inactive links in your article so that it helps to link back to your site and act as a back link. After completing the article mention your URL in the author box so that the reader’s can get back to your site for more content in your blog or site. These techniques help you a lot to make money using blogs .

There are many article submission sites to mention. Goarticles, ezinearticles etc…I can’t post the links here but I can mention a few names like amazines, article-hangout, webarticles, artilces4content, articleworld, direcorygold etc…

The above mentioned sites are frequently used by bloggers to make money using blogs. Hope they are useful to you.

The other way to make some fast cash is through Technorati. Just subscribe your blog to Technorati and ping it every time you post some new material to your blog. Technorati searches for new content on your blog and allows the world to see it when ever any one searches for it.

When ever a keyword is searched on Technorati, it shows the most recent posts on that material. Thus when ever you ping Technorati you get 30-40 visitors to your site for the next 15 minutes or so. Beware that this is only for that few minutes as your blog gets backed away as the time passes by.

That’s all for today hope this content helps you to make money using blogs

Generate Traffic for Your Business Blog in Seven Easy Steps

Blogging for business can be both fun and profitable—but not if nobody’s reading. Luckily, you don't need a degree in Computer Science to get traffic coming in. Here are seven easy steps to generating traffic for your business blog.

Submit to blog directories. Submitting your blog to blog directories won’t always drive a huge amount of traffic, but it will get links out there—and these can help your search engine rankings. In addition, some directories are more like blogging social networks, with active members who are seeking to make connections with other bloggers. Memberships in these sites can be useful for any blogger.

Read and comment on other blogs. One of the best ways for a beginning blogger to get noticed is by leaving comments on other blogs. Many blogs allow you to leave a link to your own blog automatically during your sign-in process, so avoid leaving another link in your comments—it looks promotional. Make your comments insightful—think of them as tiny “teasers” for the type of writing you do on your blog—and avoid commenting on blogs that are outside your niche.

Write articles that link to your blog. You can generate traffic by writing articles for article directories that link back to your blog. Some of the larger article directories have decent search engine placement, so your articles will be more likely to come up in search engine results—especially in the beginning—than articles on your blog.

Comment on forums and link to your blog in the signature. Find a few well-attended forums that cater to the market you’re writing for. Join and write a signature that includes a link back to your site. Then make comments, ask questions, and offer useful advice. People will see your advice and, if they like your comments, they may follow the link back to your blog.

Build a blogroll and let other bloggers know you’re there. Your blogroll isn’t just a list of links—it’s a marketing tool. When you build yours, click on each link a few times—this will ensure your URL shows up as a traffic source to bloggers who check their traffic stats, and most do. In addition, send an email to people you link to. Tell them you enjoy their blog and you’ve linked to it on your new blog. Try to avoid asking for a link; if you’re lucky and other bloggers like your writing, they may return the favor.

Join a blog network. Blog networks are sites that promote content from blogs within a certain niche market—work-at-home moms, Gen-X employees, entrepreneurs, and so on. Some blog networks are open to all, but many will review your website to determine if you’re a match. If you get listed in one, you could see exposure to a large audience of people interested in your topic—and a significant jump in traffic.

Market your blog offline. Let customers know about your blog by promoting it in your newsletter, printing its address on your business cards, or including a notice about it along with your shipped products. You can also print its address on promotional gifts, tell customers about it during trade shows and conventions, or send out a mailing advertising it to your established customers.

These tips are easy enough for anyone to follow—all they take are a little time and writing skill. If you put in the time, you will see traffic in the end
